Terms of Service

WAVDROP is a beta service for sharing audio files and collecting review notes. By creating an account or using a share link, you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, and deliver that content only as needed to operate WAVDROP. You must have the rights required to upload and share it.

Share links can be forwarded by their recipients. Use passwords and link controls when the material is sensitive.

Acceptable use

Do not use WAVDROP for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content; malware; unauthorized access; or attempts to disrupt the service. We may disable a share link, suspend a workspace, or remove content while investigating a report or complying with law.

Beta availability and loss

The service is provided as-is during beta. Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular uptime, or permanent storage. Database metadata is backed up nightly, but audio objects are not versioned: deleted audio files cannot be recovered. Keep your own copies of every file you upload.

Ending use

You may request account and workspace deletion by emailing support@wavdrop.link. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, WAVDROP is not liable for lost files, lost revenue, indirect damages, or actions taken through a shared link. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
